How should I store my Loni Loo's?
For best taste, store at room temperature in an air tight container. Enjoy within one month of delivery for ultimate freshness. Can be frozen or refrigerated, but not required.
Do you ship Loni Loo's?
Yes we do! We ship using USPS Priority Shipping. Shipping is currently only available within the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery starting on the first business day after an order has been placed. Please allow for extra time during holidays or sales.
Where are you located?
We are an e-commerce only store. Although we do not have a store front, we are excited to expand our retail and wholesale partnerships. Send us an email if you have retail opportunities, questions or suggestions.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes we do! We not only create custom packaging (upon request and at an additional fee), but we can also customize your Loni Loo's by adding or excluding certain ingredients for allergies or taste preferences.
Do all of your Loni Loo's contain nuts?
Do you process refunds or exchange products?
Because all items are handmade to order, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. However, if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to make it right.
